Introducing the Vivo X Fold+: A Revolutionary Dual-Screen Mobile with Advanced Camera and Processing Capabilities
On September 26th, 2022, Vivo launched the X Fold+ mobile, which boasts a 120 Hz refresh rate 8.03-inch primary touchscreen display with a resolution of 1916x2160 pixels and a pixel density of 360 pixels per inch (ppi). Additionally, the X Fold+ has a second 6.53-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2520 pixels and a pixel density of 420 ppi. The phone is equipped with a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, featuring four cores clocked at 2GHz, three cores clocked at 2.75GHz, and one core clocked at 3.2GHz, along with 12GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 12 and has a 4730mAh battery, which supports wireless charging and proprietary fast charging.
In terms of cameras, the X Fold+ has a quad-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.75) primary camera, a 48-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, a 12-megapixel (f/1.98) camera, and an 8-megapixel camera, all with autofocus. There is also a single front-facing camera for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.
The Vivo X Fold+ comes with 256GB of inbuilt storage and runs on OriginOS Ocean, which is based on Android 12. The phone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) device that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It measures 162.01 x 144.87 x 14.57mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 311.00 grams, and is available in Black, Blue, and Red colors.
Connectivity options on the X Fold+ include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India), and 5G.
