Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G: A Game-Changing Smartphone with 200MP Camera and 120W HyperCharge
Xiaomi has recently launched the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G in India at a relatively high price point. This successor to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G finds itself in the same price category as the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge, thanks to the significant upgrades it offers.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G features a glass back and a 120Hz AMOLED display. Its 6.67-inch screen is flat and has a hole-punch cutout. The phone's most notable feature is its 200-megapixel primary camera. In addition to this, the triple-camera setup includes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, there is a 16-megapixel front camera.
The Note 12 Pro+ 5G runs on MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12. However, this is disappointing since its competitors are shipping with Android 13. The phone features a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC and has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage available.
One of the premium features that the Note 12 Pro+ 5G offers is 120W fast charging support for its 5000mAh battery, which is also a HyperCharge feature.
